Drivers Meeting :

The clerk of the course conducts a compulsory briefing with all of the drivers and their engineers to go through the standard procedures of the race weekend.

They will point out areas of note, track limits that are to be enforced and remind drivers of flag signals, and penalties. Entry and exit points for the assembly area and parc ferme are to be used before and after a session are confirmed.

Much of the information may be repetitive, but there are always nuances for the particular course and event and it is an opportunity for the drivers to ask any questions in an open forum.
